A price based only on room size can miss important preparation. These details help define a comparable, realistic scope:

Before your assessment

Select colors and discuss sheen before work begins. Tell us which trim, doors and ceilings are included, and identify furniture that will remain in the room.

Timing & finish expectations

Drying and recoating intervals depend on the coating and site conditions. New plaster or repairs must be ready before primer is applied.

Questions about interior painting

Can you paint immediately after plastering?

The surface must meet the drying and preparation requirements of the selected plaster and coating system. A fixed waiting period is not suitable for every room.

Will paint hide a rough wall?

Paint can change color but will not reliably hide texture or uneven repairs. Skim coating or other preparation may be needed first.

Are ceilings, doors and trim included?

Only the surfaces listed in the estimate are included. Identify each area you want painted so the scope and price can be compared clearly.
